Iz testa oblikuj kroglice, vsako pomoči najprej v beljak in nato v sesekljane orehe. Kroglice daj na pladenj in s prstom naredi vdolbinico, v katero potem, ko so piškoti pečeni in ohlajeni, daš (marelično) marmelado.
